It was a difficult experience at times waiting for child to pee for urinalysis. The bag that was attached came lose and wasn't able to get a sample after waiting a few hours at office. Was sent home with bag on baby and came back once I got the sample to drop off. It was frustrating that a full blood panel to test more viruses wasn't conducted in office. She wasn't tested for flu or COVId after having 5 days of fever. We were referred to hospital to do more tests and it was there they did the virus panel and found she had parainfluenza. I felt this could have been done in office and not made us spend unnecessary time and money on a hospital visit and expose baby to more sickness potentially.

Dr. Hoover is wonderful. She's always patient and caring and listens to any concerns we have. She does a great job of explaining diagnoses and treatments

Dr. Wight is absolutely awesome and we love her so much. We are blessed to have her to care for my child. She listens, cares, understands and answers questions understandably.

Dr Hoover took the time to ask questions and explain things until I understood. She wasn't rushed or hurried, so I appreciated that especially after waiting so long.
