She was nice, but she mentioned multiple times that every doctor has different training and beliefs and suggestions. It didn't give me confidence that we would receive consistent treatment.

We explained we wanted to wait on shots due to the appointment going well. It was a little frustrating that it was like a stone wall when we said we wanted to wait a little longer until our son is truly gearing up for school. NP was doing her job but not fully due to her inability to hear "No thank you, we'll schedule another appointment." Overall she was nice and patient with Theo, which I appreciate!
