This was her first visit and I realize it takes time to evaluate. I just want someone to understand that sometimes you have to think outside the box to help. These conditions have been going on for years. I'm frustrated that access to the right care is restricted somehow. However, I believe the practice is doing what it can. When I am able, I will have better health insurance but for now my child needs help. Thank you.

When I called to request an appointment, I told the receptionist that the problem was a toenail fungus. I suggested they give me a prescription or agree that I should go to a dermatologist. However, they insisted that we come to Dr. Gorman's office. When the NP met with us, all she would say was, "We don't treat foot problems, so you will need to go to a podiatrist." Two things wrong with that - they were told when I called that it was a foot problem so there was no need for us to go there, and a toenail fungus is better treated by a dermatologist. So the entire visit was a huge waste of time and an insult.

I would definitely recommend our care provider to everyone, only they need to get rid off call center who doesn't know any of the patients
