We were making a plan to do lab work on my autistic child and he started getting upset. I was trying to comfort him and tell him it would be okay, then Dr. Fu make a rude comment "we don't need to talk about that right now" the rest of the visit went okay but I didn't appreciate that comment when I have an autistic child that was getting upset.

Wonderful Doctor

We had two of our childrens appointments at once. Our other child is diagnosed ADHD and takes Adderall. Our usual doctor is Dr McCall she is great and treats us, the parents fairly & the kids even better but every time we book with Dr Fu she treats us the parents like drug addicts when it comes to prescribing the Adderall particularly treating my husband this way who primarily takes kids to appointments. My child is being referred to physical therapy I the mother felt disregarded when asking questions about my concerns with her and being treated in a negative way with regards to our sons medication. Dr Fu is great Interacting with the children but not so great with parents and the negative conversation is happening in front of the kids. We won't be booking with her, any longer for any reason.

The staff is great. The "grading" the child receives makes Moms feel like failures. Every Mom I talk to no matter where they take their child always agrees with me on this and some admit they arent always honest on the paperwork to avoid this. I understand theyre to detect an actual problem but all children are different and I think this needs to be addressed more across the board.

My daughter received excellent care

There are very great at what they do and they are really helpful at explaining anything that you have a concern about.

Dr. Fu was very sweet, but seemed a little naive and detached. I felt like we were being seen by a student, not an experienced medical professional.

I'm 50 years old and I was a patient here at Maryville Pediatric Group....I would not take my child anywhere else. Great doctors and staff.
