He explained everything but showed very little concern about the condition of our child and was more concerned that we rocked him to sleep rather than having him totally fall asleep alone.

It is very difficult at times to get providers to believe your experiences when your child has a rare disease. I appreciate this practice working so closely with us to find solutions and trust us as parents.
