We love Kisandra. She really takes time to listen to all our concerns. She is gentle and understanding to our son and even to us as sometimes anxious parents. She talked to us for as long as we needed and answered all our questions. Its obvious she cares about our son. Thank you. She even took time out to help me with my daughters medicine refill who didnt even have an appointment that day. She is a excellent pediatric NP.

Extremely pleased with the nurse practitioner my son has here. She's always thorough always caring and always knowledgeable on what ever he needs or questions we have.

The specific NP who seen my child did not even look at the area as to where the issue is. States it would be too "traumatic". However, (myself an ICU RN) seems to me a provider needs to lay eyes on the are of issue to fix the area of issue. But we will just give them some cream and go on our merry way. If the child needed to already pee in a hat for a UTI test, why not look at the area with a yeast infection? I do not understand this concept?

I was very disappointed in my experience with the NP. I ended up leaving there and going to see a different provider at a different practice. I'm not sure that I will be back.

Next day, my child had a fever of 103 after expressing my concern for infection. Indeed had severe strep infection. I was told to wait a week and comeback. This isn't the first time

Our concerns for our daughter were NOT listened to. She was not stwabbed for anything even though the PA was told that there were 2 other sick people in our house! She wanted us to "come back on Monday" if she got worse, but we weren't able to wait until Monday because our daughter was already running a high fever, and it just got higher over night. We took her to another doctor, and sure enough, she had Flu A which could have been found had the PA done get job correctly! She could have been started on the proper medication sooner if she would have been checked thoroughly!

I felt like there could have been more discussion/explanation of next steps. The PA just seemed brief and unconcerned.
