As a parent, receiving a rare diagnosis for your child is overwhelming, but from the very beginning, she approached our family with compassion, patience, and genuine care. She was incredibly thorough in her evaluation, took the time to explain every step of the process, and made sure all of our questions were answered.What meant the most to me was the way she included my 13-year-old daughter in her own care. Rather than speaking only to me, she spoke directly to my daughter, encouraged her to ask questions, and made sure she understood what was happening. She treated her with such kindness and respect, which helped ease so much of the fear that comes with navigating a new diagnosis.It is clear that Dr. Rinc?n-Subtirelu not only has incredible knowledge and expertise, but also truly cares about her patients and their families.
