Dr.Pollard listened to my son and told him what she was doing before each part of the exam

Pollard not only listened to my concern on RSV but went so far as to get it done for my child when normally it wouldn't have been available. She did mention they had prolonged the window for it but even so I love how willing she was to recheck and make sure my child was protected. She also was willing to accommodate our request to drop one of the vaccines as it was no longer on the vaccine schedule which made us feel confident in her ability to coordinate with us as parents for our child's care

We've only seen this physician once since we've been coming, she is always very thorough and very direct. She answers all our questions and gets the job done!

Dr. Pollard is an amazing provider. She is genuinely caring and so informative and doesn't seem like she wants to rush through our appts. She's VERY thorough and shows such empathy. We are grateful for her.

Dr. Pollard is second to none. She is very personable, compassionate, and speaks to us in terms we can understand, and is very informative.
