Four Decades of Knoxville’s Premiere Holiday Event

Dolly Parton Children’s Hospital Fantasy of Trees presented by Axle Logistics is a spectacular five-day holiday event showcasing hundreds of designer-decorated Christmas trees and decor, activities for the whole family, and amazing vendors selling the perfect holiday gifts for everyone on your list.

Since 1985, this beloved community event has raised over $13.5 MILLION to support various departments, programs, and services across Dolly Parton Children’s Hospital.

From Holiday Fun to Major Impact

Each year, funds raised through Dolly Parton Children’s Hospital Fantasy of Trees go towards supporting the hospital’s greatest and most urgent needs. In 2026, funds will be going to support the expansion of our Gastroenterology department – a growing specialty filling a large need in our community and region.

Gastroenterology at Dolly Children’s

Each month, gastroenterology has over 500 appointments that address the unique digestive needs of each child.  With approximately 57 new patients a month and seven to 12 new referrals a day, the need for this service is growing amongst our patient population. Roughly 80-120 scope procedures are ordered per month, and we currently only have one physician on staff that can perform this specific procedure.

All funds raised at Dolly Parton Children’s Hospital Fantasy of Trees and Gala Among the Trees will support renovations to Dolly Parton Children’s Hospital Gastroenterology, a department that saw over 5,000 visits in 2025.
