Gingerbread Village Guidelines
Thank you for joining us for Dolly Parton Children’s Hospital Fantasy of Trees presented by Axle Logistics! We appreciate your participation in the beloved Gingerbread Village exhibit. Each year, the deliciously constructed creations at Gingerbread Village help raise thousands of dollars for Dolly Parton Children’s Hospital and help save the lives of children in our community. To enter your delicious creation, please fill out the attached contract, either online or via mail, by Monday, October 26th.

Sizes for Gingerbread Houses
Design and donate one or more gingerbread houses in the following categories:

Guidelines for Gingerbread Houses
Structures may be gingerbread houses, castles, trains, or other creative structures.- Creativity is encouraged to make your house(s) as fanciful as possible.
- For the base, use 3/8” plywood and cut to your selected category size.
- Please leave a 4.25x3.5” space in the right front corner UNDECORATED.
- Houses are to be made using non-perishable items such as gingerbread, cookies, crackers, pretzels, hard/soft candies, fondant, coconut flakes, etc.
- Glue shouldnot be used as a material; royal icing is to be used to adhere/secure all items to make the house.
- Structure must cover at least 2/3 of the base.
- Houses are sold strictly as non-edible confections. However, hazardous materials are strictly forbidden.
