Tickets purchased online can be used any day of the event. Once they have been scanned in at the event, they cannot be used again.

Problems accessing your tickets after online purchase? Go to Ticket Scanning at the event and they can look up your tickets when you arrive.

If you need to leave and return to Fantasy of Trees the same day, a hand stamp will allow you return access.

  • Lost Children
    Please go to the Information Desk at the entrance and someone will help you.
  • Lost and Found
    Any lost craft items must be picked up by Sunday, November 29th at The FOT Office.
    Personal items will be held in Volunteer Services located on the hospital’s campus. Please call 865-541-8136 to schedule a time to pick up these items at the hospital.
  • Cash or Card?
    Fantasy of Trees entry, shops and activities accept cash and cards. The Knoxville Convention Center concessions only accept cards.
  • Concessions
    The Knoxville convention center has a concession stand open during the event. The concession stand is cashless.
